*Pre-Orders/Sprees: Please order only if you have patience as these are orders that requires to reach a minimum quota (aka. capping) before it could be send out to suppliers and carry out the other ordering procedures (packing, trade, postage, etc.)

MODE OF COLLECTION (International Order is currently unavailable)

*Meet-ups will be held at Eunos MRT (FOC) /Bugis MRT ($1)

Meet Ups will be held on the convenience of both the customers and the CrowLab Team. For other locations or timing, please choose postage/courier.

*Registered Mail (SingPost) - $3.50 [+0.50 for every additional item] 

*A.M. Mail (Letterbox Postage <300g) - $2.60 (Will be delivered at 11am on the next working day)

*Courier (done by TA-Q-BIN) - $6 (<$50), $3 (>$50) (Postage available in 24hours)

The Courier will give you a call at arrival, and if theres no one home to receive the parcel, you may arrange for another date/time of postage. And from what I've experience, it is much more convenient to use TA-Q-BIN than SingPost as you are able to arrange the time of re-postage compared to SingPost where they leave a way-bill at your doorstep to collect your parcel from the nearest SingPost Centre. And from what i've heard from other users, TA-Q-BIN have far better qualities and service than Singpost, and Singpost do not treat your parcels with care.

PAYMENT

We are a Singapore base blog shop, therefore the price stated in this blog is in Singapore Dollars.

As for pre-orders/sprees, payment is to be made before sending the orders to suppliers.

*We accept only POSB, DBS, iBanking transfer and Western Union. Meet up payment/Cash On Delivery (COD) will only be considered upon our convenience; usually only open for in-stock orders.

For Western Union, we will email you the necessary information for the transfer.

We will send you an invoice before you make the payment, and payment is to be made within 2days upon receiving our invoice. We will not place the order if payment is not received.

Priority is given to those who are able to do immediate payment.

Do drop us an email notification at crowlab@gmail.com once you have transferred the amount payable to the POSB Saving Account, together with the Date/Time/Location and the Transaction Ref No. or a clear snapshot of the transaction receipt.

Strictly no refund under any circumstances unless the order is out of stock/canceled by us.

PRODUCTS AND SHIPPING

In-stocks will take 2-4 working days delivery from the date we send the item for postage

(depending on the chosen type of postage/courier and location of receiver).

Pre-Orders will take 1-3 weeks to deliver as we have to arrange the payment and wait for the stocks to arrive from our suppliers.

At the moment, we are not doing any international shipping.

*Shipment may delay according to our supplier or due to peak periods.

We will not be responsible for any damages/loss of items caused during shipment.
